The Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) has today announced the winners of the Audience Awards for 2017. Topping the list for Best Feature Film is Call Me by Your Name, a passionate story of Italian summer romance by Luca Guadagnino. Meanwhile, All For One—a story of GreenEDGE, Australia's first ProTour cycling team—notched the Best Documentary award.
The MIFF Audience Awards is held annually as part of Melbourne International Film Festival—Australia's leading film festival and one of the world’s oldest, alongside Cannes and Berlin. It gives the audience members a chance to rate the film entries via the MIFF app or website. The Top 10 Feature Films and Documentary Films for this year can be found here.
The fun doesn't stop there. Everyone who rated the film automatically qualified to the raffle draw to win the ultimate Wander Weekend in the Grampians. The winner, to be announced on 29 August, will enjoy fine dining and luxurious accommodation valued at over $2790 plus, of course, the great outdoors.
