Start 2020 fresh with our New Year’s Yoga Mini Retreat. Begin the year in a place of peace, reflection and joy, after taking 3hrs to relax, move and stretch guided by experienced practitioners Prema Day and Kali Ledger.

Take the time to deeply connect with yourself, experience clarity and thoroughly relax. This is the best time of the year to let go of the old and open yourself to the new, giving yourself the opportunity for inspiration to live a happier and healthier life!

This once-a-year retreat is held in a stunning nature sanctuary and will take you on a sensory journey with: guided meditation, free form movement to awaken you, gentle Vishrant Yoga to calm and ground you, sound bowls and yoga nidra for deep relaxation. The day will finish with healthy refreshments including homemade iced tea and a chance to chat with your fellow retreat goers.

This is the perfect place to set intentions for the new year and experience a peaceful and nurturing environment, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energised. Are you ready to embrace 2020 with a fresh perspective?
