YWCA Encore is an exercise program for women who have had breast cancer or preventative surgery. It is a FREE 8-week program of land and pool-based exercises, healthy lifestyle information, relaxation, and peer support. The program supports women who have experienced breast cancer to restore mobility, flexibility and confidence. YWCA Encore can help you strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders and chest, regain mobility, and improve your general fitness.
