Hatha Yoga is the basis for many other Yoga styles and this programme will help you establish a firm foundation for your yoga practice.
This programme consists of 6 classes plus articles to support your practice. Each week you will learn the basic alignment principles of different poses. In the last class, everything is brought together in a full Hatha Yoga class.
This 6-week programme is suitable for all body types and fitness levels. We are also running this class on Wednesday 9:15am to 10:15am starting on the 6th of March.
